Edgaras Žukauskas
From a young age, I had a passion for creativity, which manifested in various forms such as drawing, photography, and cooking. I never attended art school; I learned to draw as a child by sketching characters from my favorite movies and books. I realized that this activity brings me great pleasure and allows me to express myself, so I decided to study graphic design. Later, I went to Portugal and Spain to deepen my knowledge and explore new techniques. All the accumulated knowledge and experiences are reflected in my current works.
The creative process starts with a blank sheet of paper, a pencil, and thoughts about what I would like to depict. I draw inspiration from travels, cooking, extreme adventures, books, and movies. Once I have an idea of what I want to draw, I make several sketch variations to determine the direction I might take, adding a touch of metaphor or satire as a spice.
