2. Delivery Time
   2.1. The delivery time depends on the availability of ordered items and the delivery location. 2.2. Normally, we deliver items within 2-5 working days from order confirmation.
   2.3. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order within the specified timeframe, we will inform you about possible delays.

3. Special Orders
   3.1. Except for items that are custom-made after your order.
   3.2. Shipping conditions for these items can be found individually next to the product you are interested in.
