Returns Information

1. General Provisions

1.1. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the items you have purchased. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items under the conditions outlined below. 1.2. These return conditions apply to all purchases (exceptions for jewelry are noted in sections 7.1 and 7.2) made in our online store.

2. Return Period

2.1. You can return items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

3. Return Conditions

3.1. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. We cannot accept returns if the items are damaged or worn. 3.3. To return items, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation).

4. Return Process

4.2. Our goal is to ensure that you are pleased with your purchased items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. 4.1. To initiate the return process, contact us by email at info@kuriekuria.com and provide detailed order information: order number, date, item, price, delivery date, and bank account number for the refund. 4.2. After receiving your return request, we will send you further instructions on how and where to send the returned item. 4.3. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the items. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed. 4.5. For partial order returns, please contact us first via email at info@kuriekuria.com.

5. Refunds

5.1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 5.2. If the return is approved, we will refund the full purchase price of the items within 10 business days of return approval. 5.3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1. If you received damaged or defective items, contact us within 3 days of receiving the items so we can resolve the issue. 6.2. Please provide proof of the damage (e.g., photos) and we will arrange for replacement of the items or a full refund.

7. Exceptions

7.1. Custom-made jewelry items come with a 1-month warranty for returns for repairs if something breaks or is lost. In such a case, the artist will attempt to repair the items as quickly as possible. 7.2. For other reasons, jewelry items cannot be returned according to the 2001 Lithuanian Minister of Economy order no. 217 on the rules for the return and exchange of items, section II "Specifics of non-food item returns."
